No problemo bemoored, it isn't Minerva or Athena, it's actually a portrait.
Our artist died in London almost 90 years ago.

Looks like they're playing Minerva-dress-up, first her wise then her warlike Athena-like aspect. I'm tempted to paraphrase an old joke about cocaine I heard again recently and say those hats were God's way of telling her she had too much money.
But really, these portraits are fascinating, thanks for posting them. The costumes and affect of the sitter reminiscent of late 19th-century occultism, the portraits taken together have a certain pathos about them. Years pass, the artist's style changes, the world changes, yet not so much the style in which her face is painted.. years pass and she holds her costumery wrapped close.. several stories available, interesting...
...though I don't have the slightest idea who the artist is.
