"Poseidon's Platter"

"Poseidon's Platter"

This piece finished at 14 1/2" D X 4" tall. The center is White Oak the Scalloped edge is segmented hand carved Walnut, the Dolphins are also hand carved Walnut. I wanted this to be a raised platter so here is what I came up with. The base is turned, cut & carved plus I added three hand carved Sea Horses for show.
