Found this
http://www.penciltopics.co.uk/page6.html and there I read: "I have handled a brand imported from the Far East and marketed as ‘Fantasia’. I do not know the country of origin, but the pencils are of good student quality and sold at low prices. I think sales are mainly through stationers."
This gives some support to the idea that there may be two unrelated Fantasia brands and that the one mentioned here may very well come from the Indonesian branch of Faber-Castell (just like Derwent Lakelands). After all, Fantasia
is a catchy and good-looking name for a set of colour pencils.
Bryanna, have you arranged your Fantasia set in spectral colour order (yellow-orange-red-etc) and compared it to Blick Studio and/or any Koh-i-noors? If the hues match, then they are very probably made by Koh-i-noor.
