Love it!
Every painting is 'just an experiment' with me, unless it turns out oK!

(then I sell it!

) But I find that thinking of things as just an experiment is more creative and less stressful than trying to imagine what a painting will look like when it's finished and ending up disappointed! (and the painting ends up in the trash!)
Love the imagery, love the quotation, love the colours...and I think you should do it again, let the paint dry this time and maybe use a calligraphy fibre tip pen for the lettering? Or paint over the lettering, wait for it to dry and try again with the same one.
I never never used to do anything twice, but just lately I have had up to five 'goes' at some of my art work, learning a little more each time, and the final edition has been worth framing!
