Need W7 OR photoshop software, OR both???

1) I have a newer laptop with a W10 OS.

2) I have an older laptop with A W7 OS that also has a version7 edition of Photoshop. I use this computer for most of my painting needs

But, I would like to be able to use both computers. So, I would like to obtain a copy of W7 (with key) to add to my newer W10 OS computer so that I can add photoshop on this computer. Is this possible?

Or, obtain a newer version off photoshop (NOT ELEMENTS) that will load onto my W10 OS computer.

Any ideas? Anybody have software for sale. Anyone have advice (if I haven't confused you . . . I know I get confused trying to keep it all straight).

Ebay has loads of cheep PS for sale. I bought a few Adobe soft-wares there. Just have to make sure to use common sense.
Over all your older computer, is it retired from the internet? Since W7 is no longer going to be supported soon. Just FYI.

Also older Adobe software seem to be more flexible on how many computers you can place them on. Later versions seem to only allow up to 2 at most.
Not sure about CC or cloud versions since I don't use those or want them.

You should be able to copy the program & files from the older pc and use on the newer pc..
Oh...safer & simpler, copy the program to a usb flash drive, then use the flash drive on the new computer..

You bought the program already , most allow for multiple uses in home so you can use it on your other machines.. just can't copy to sell, or give away..
