To answer your question, I take my sketch which is made on a small piece of paper maybe the sise of 10 x 8 cm, and then put it into my tracer and projekt it onto the paper. I make sure the paper is hanging straight, and then I just draw my lines onto the paper.

This tracer is a real timesaver for me. I can really recommend you try one. They are a bit expencive but thinking of the time it saves me, makes the cost okay.

So I got some more work done today like I planed, and I must say I really love the freedom of doing this painting.
Is the cloud tall enough now Deborah, do you think?

photos like your ref are so much fun,,,,,,you can change colors and terrrain to make it your painting and not a photo copy...great start!

I won't get much done on this one today, we are going for a trip to a beautifull forrest area taking Anton along.

What a wonderous landscape, you are very brave to tackle this but I have no doubts at all that you will succeed. This is coming along really nicely so far and I just love all the colours you are using.
