I would agree with this too. The title or label does not mean a lot, it is more the context, and I would see no Jesus here. (Note: I don't belong to any religion, so I cannot judge on someone being offended). Once around Christmas time I have seen those miniature nativity scenes collections brought from over the world. Mexico, Africa. Was Jesus of typical Latin American look, or one black skinned less Jesus? No. And here is the opposite, I think.

No resemblance to the Kid at all, but this fella does look like my neighbor down the road. The only thing missing is his horse.

A crop which takes out the distracting background would be better for viewing.
I didn’t identify the guy as JC straight away. It also needs more focus to make a satirical impact. Looks OK technically.

I'm sure this IS considered blasphemous by a number of people. If anything needs to be criticized because it causes misery and stifled advancent, it's religion. Art doesn't have to appeal, often the objective is to make a statement.
