        Hahnemuhle Watercolour paper.
        24 x 32 cm.

I’m way out of my comfort zone with this kind of scene. Any advice welcome.

        Thanks for looking.

Jose – I like this but three thoughts for your consideration:

                1. The horizon splitting the paper 50/50 is not ideal.

                2. I think the tall structure doesn’t need detail and would be better indicated
with a brush (carefully) rather than drawn. The boat is more important.

                3. Feel the painting needs more light and contrast to give it ‘zip’.

Hope this helps; much easier said than done! 😊

I really like the texture in the foreground and your color choices. I agree with Mike’s thoughtful comments.

Wonderful colors, a very good depth and interesting textures in the foreground.
Boat and tower are competing a bit. Mike made good suggestions.
