An oldie. The P40 was a rugged plane with good fire power, roll rate, armor plate for the pilot, and self sealing fuel tanks. What it couldn’t do was dog fight with the more nimble Japanese aircraft. Chennault’s Flying Tigers with few planes and no spare parts used slashing tactics learned from Soviet pilots to take advantage of the P40’s strengths and producing an enviable record in the air.
Great action composition Gray!
