I like to use it when I do photos of cars or trucks. It's one of my favorite effects.

Excellent piece, I love the soft focus on the magician and the sharp focus on the dragon. You know, I must have seen that film a hundred times and I still didn't notice the red line on its brow!

Well I only put the line in there to hint at the big red fin that was on his adult brow later on. Same thing with the little horn nubs which evidently would progress into those big twisty ones.
