Me again. I had to do this reference. I did the limes on the same table back in 2007 I think so I did a graphite sketch to make sure I had a helper. So the colour version is soft and hard pastels on grey velour paper 29.8 x10 inches. I had to bring the resolution down for posting but it does it’s job. Thank you again DupliKate for your wonderful photos to play with:thumbsup:
Sandy.C&C always welcome
http://Sandrakatich.shutterfly.comNovember 6, 2019 at 8:01 am #904423Sandy…these are beautiful! Both the colour version and the value sketch. You remember my lime photo from so long ago! I had really good light one day there and took a number of still life photos that I still use. Thank you for taking the time to do more than one this week:clap:

All Media Art Events, Artwork From Life, Art JournalsNovember 7, 2019 at 2:41 am #904429Well, you’ve done a thorough job on these! All are nicely done but in the first you have developed a tightly knit composition which grabs and holds the eye. The contrasted textures of the items add interest. Very successful.
C&C always welcome.

Very nice work on both of these. Love the shadows and glow on the tomatoes and onions.
