terrorist attack

I just wanted to say to all our American friends how shocked and sympathetic I am to what has happened today. I am sure everyone shares these sentiments and sincerely hope none of you here have been hurt or had family or friends hurt either. When I see the horrific things humans are capable of I am in despair. Then I see what beautiful things we can do too as in the contents of this site it gives me some hope. I just don't understand how anyone can choose destruction over inspiration. Keep up the good work everyone.

Hails from United States
Thank you David and all. Texas, where I am seems so far from NY but this indeed was an attack to the whole of America. It is affecting us all one way or the other no matter where we are.

Hails from Canada
I join with everyone else here in disbelief as to today's tragic events. Have spent the day (since the first plane crash) watching in disbelief CNN and the coverage and I can't imagine how those in NYC & Washington must feel. My thoughts are with you all. My prayers go out to all those directly and indirectly involved with the horrendous events of the day and also to all my neighbors in the USA. May God be with you and yours. Will surely be a birthday I won't forget!!! What more can I say ...
