WDE -10August12- LATE LATE Bird WIP
Hi Ros,
I promised to do another one and I did not reneg on my promise - I just didn't finish it!  This was done using pastel pencils on a 5x7 beige canson paper. Hope to show a finished version later.

Hey Joel The bird is looking good - glad you kept your promise but I wouldn't have held you to it  the finish will be fab. I'm just doing the gallery and there was one spot left on the bird page - in by the skin of your teeth

If the finish is as good as the start, this will be awesome. Don't be tempted to mess with the head. It is superb.

Thanks for the great comments. Here's the little bird - I'm calling it done so I can work on one of the beautiful pics posted for this week.
Sorry Noula, I worked further on the head - I hope for the better He looks kinda irritated.
pastel pencils on 5x7 canson paper. about 2 hours total.
