The top of the morning to you all.
It is promising to be a glorious day outside today and I am thinking about working in my garden OR, taking a trip to the Detroit zoo ALONE. I have never done that by myself. I think I might enjoy it being able to take all of the pictures I want and not worry about holding up friends while I take pictures. It would be relaxing and so enjoyable. I just plugged in my battery charger, I think I know which way I am leaning.

Have a fabulous day all.

Love the photo!
I always go for walks in our zoo by myself. It is so relaxing to just take photos on your own time. I love doing that.
I have to garden today, my seedlings are all so big they're starting to leave their pots!
Have fun, can't wait to see the photos!

I really loved seeing everyone's doggy pics in the Tuesday thred. The heron pic was cool too. I have yet to get a good picture of one, but I see them and try all the time. Would love to see some zoo pics today if anyone has any to share. I am not home now, but could post a few later. I go to the zoo here all the time. I won a membership at a Christmas party 5 years ago and have renewed it every year since.

Very cool! Meerkats are so cute. I have never seen either of those animals in real life.

I have a hard time narrowing my favorites down, but here are a few good ones.

We have a zoo here, 'shamed to say I've never been--Warner Zoo.

http://www.chattzoo.org/

so here is a link for all of us to enjoy. Does anyone else have links to their zoo?

http://www.columbuszoo.org/ - Best zoo ever...and the only zoo I have ever visited

I love the seals! And any other natural wildlife photos.

I really like any kind of pictures I guess, just nice to see the world through another persons viewfinder.

Here's the zoo in Hamburg, I go there often and I've had an annual pass for years now

Burgers Zoo is my fabourite zoo ever because of their gigantic ecodisplays, huge halls where most of the animals run free and you need a lot of patience and time to see even a fraction of them. I spend a full weekend there last time and I could easily spend a week.

London Zoo, also a great zoo - you get to see Komodo dragons and they have a very cool walk-in aviary. Despite being right in the middle of London, it's a huge zoo.

so nice to "visit" all those zoos. I think a night of classical music IN the zoo would be fun!

Thanx!

Jennifer, MissMeanGreen and Moegreen,
Your animal pics are wonderful.

Love the bears "face to face", the seals "belly to belly", and "using three appendages to hang one money".
