I am doubly amazed at how you achieved the texture of the painting with a wire brush!! Beautiful high key...the subtle changes in value are perfect

Thank you Carly. I did use many normal brushes too and two old toothbrushes. Normally I paint realism so it's a bit of a change.

I use many things John, even when I paint realistcally I use cocktail sticks, cotton buds, whatever I can get my hands on.
