You could put some weathering on the fence and some shadows amongst the background houses to add interest.

A tip - when drawing spires, towers etc I always draw a vertical line through the centre to aid sure the sides are even.

A4 on Waterford CP
Mainly schminke and van gogh..
No ink, I used paynes grey and paynes grey blue.

Here is mine, I decide to change the composition of the scene. I'm not able to tell what behind all those dead tree and I also dont really know how to paint dead tree, so I decide to revive the foliage to cover up.

Nice to see a gouache. A nice rendition spoilt, I think, by the clouds which could be softened a little.
