Wildlife-Continental-Projekt

This year I started a projekt for myself.
I'm drawing different animals from every part of the world and placed the finished pictures in my rooms.
So all animals of Africa will be hang in my bedroom, all animals of Europe in my livingroom and so on.

My Facebook-Fans votes for every new animal, if the last one will be completed....

Here you can see the first pictures:

23. Koala by Clara Pinselpfote, on Flickr

07. Zebra by Clara Pinselpfote, on Flickr

06. Steinbock by Clara Pinselpfote, on Flickr

they are small (for me) with 5" x 5" and it's difficult for me to draw all these small details, so I think I need the right feeling and technique...

and my first colored Scratch

I hope you like it

Re: Wildlife-Continental-Projekt

Welcome to the forum!

Looks like you are having lots of fun and will have a house full of art before you are done! My favorite is the Koala, but I also enjoy the graphic quality of the zebra.

I had no idea that an Ibex was sometimes called a Steinbok! To me Steinbok is a very small African antelope

Oh really?! That's intresting. In German they called really "Alpensteinbock"
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steinbock

The difference between the afrikan one is the missing C in the name

Thank you for responding ^^

Re: Wildlife-Continental-Projekt

What a great project. I like all of them, but the koala is my favorite.
