My first Civil War stuff.

But all part of evolution. There were quite a few of them, and lots of action. But not a very well publicised. Same with the Blocade runners in the South. Quite a few built by well known ship builders this side of the Atlantic. Fast ships, who’s sole purpose was to run the blocade of the Southern States (possible other painting?)

Thank you, I like to introduce a bit of natural landscape where I can. I sometimes think it’s ‘Capability’ Brown who posts on some of the forums on WC.

I remember vividly the times when the wrecks of CSS Louisiana and Arkansas were located! My hobby is building CW ironclad models.
