Cinnamon Bay, St. John

This is based on a photograph I took several years ago while in the US Virgin Islands, on the island of St. John. 11 X 14 acrylic on canvas. Any comments and critiques are welcome. Thank you everyone.

I am envious of artists like you, I can't paint like this.

Excellent.

I really like the colours and how they harmonize and the atmospheric mood of it.

I like the scene and your clouds. I do wish that your foreground bushes had more detail and crispness. The closer things are the clearer they are. BTW, I really like the colors of the water.

Nice sketchy style, like the sky a lot. Looks inviting.

Beautifully done and as noted already that water looks just superb and I love the colour.
Great painting.
