Hails from Canada
Lol! Lorraine. Maybe I guess I could. My husband agrees with you.
The only problem is, some things I persist in and love, like working from photos, is frowned upon. I always have said said poo-poo to that opinion (I am very stubborn!) but I admit I do also really have alot of life experience too so I could get into both these things.
Thanks Lorraine, I am considering it.

Jocelyn, I see this has already been nominated to the Hall of Fame for threads. I'm printing it out to read thru carefully.

I am completely inspired by this piece - by the portrait of your sister (fresh, ALIVE) and by the tech. info. you've been so thorough in detailing.

Love the household dishes . . . and I PREFER opinionated people.

Re: "Let's Do Skin"

Really enjoyed this demo. I was awarded an art residency in late July (Southern Poland) and use oils more than acrylics. They pay for the supplies plus accommodations and meals(not the travel so I'm broke right now, (1300 round trip, not bad on the price.) but are only having acrylics on site. I've been doing practice portraits lately to prepare. This was an excellent demo, and over the years I've always shared anything I know. The more I know though, I find the less I know. LOL
