Amethyst Cavern Cliffs

I can't seem to finish this. I really want to put a black aluminum U channel around it with remote controlled color changing hidden LED lighting but that may be beyond my technical capabilities. It's almost impossible for me to admit defeat so I may find a way..... Youtube may have a solution!! Pictures don't really capture the way the bismuth crystal glows. I posted this on mixed media but it seemed like it would fit in here!

Very cool and I love the colors.
I hope you get the lighting to work that would really make this sing!

Wow, that's wonderful and so interesting.

I'd love to see it lit up!

Re: Amethyst Cavern 6 Cliffs

The piece was finished and was the first of the AC Series to sell! I'm excited and want to do another, but that would be true even without the sale haha.

It has 15 color LED lighting recessed into the frame that is remote operated and battery powered. The painting is mostly iridescent acrylics and there are 5 kinds of semi precious gems inlaid into the cliffs along with the bismuth crystals on the top. It measures 10 and one fourth inch wide and 11 and one fourth inch tall.

This was before it was done but the lighting was crazy
