Hi Patty
I only recently visited this forum on WetCanvas for the first time. This and your "goose" creation caught my interest. I then visited your blog. I think all of your art is so beautifully conceived and rendered. Your use of various tactile elements and your application of mediums is so accomplished. It's just... Wow! I do so enjoy them! I'll continue to watch and learn.

Sorry but this looks nothing like an actual bird's nest--I assume it's supposed to be a robin's nest due to the blue eggs. I live out in the country and have gathered several birds' nest and they are almost mind-bogglingly complicated!

Nothing like your version. Suggest you go out and find some real nests to see what you're attempting to emulate.

cOol hub-spoke, wheel, spiral galaxy O'Keefe's Blue-Green meets Signac's Feneon, meets Audobon, but definitely fresh in all this, overall composition. Distinct and interesting. Particularly intense use of veins of color and color patches. Nice.
