Wow, this is amazing; it appears there is so much time spent to detail in ths way of rendering a portrait. Is it hard on your eyes?

Thank you Lorna for sending me to this thread when I asked you about the scratchboard. All of your work is so beautiful. I want to try this and I am sure it would take ever so much work to ever get anywhere as good as you are, but I do want to try this. You inspire me to at least try my best.
