Have been perusing an hour for your man's portrait Osmar ... chiaroscuro ... Flemish techniques ... Rubens, Van Dyck ... the Italians ............. no luck yet ................

Looks contemporary. That narrows it down!

The artist is a woman.
He paintings are mostly Art Deco style ...
