Re: **Daily Wash Thursday 19th July 2012**

Good day! Overcast, hoping for rain Except I need to walk to the grocery store

Carolynn

Thinking of you, too, Nola, I hope things improve soon.

Ellen for your BIL.

Glad your mum is doing well, Pat, at her immediate relapse to poor posture with the departure of the physio....my mum was like that too!

Congrats on the request for paintings, Henry, hope your wife is doing well. edit: I see that she is, that is good! I have to wear those stockings, too, but it's better than having legs like posts

Thanks for that link, Egon, of special interest to me in my costuming role.

Gail, I hope you get good weather for your camping trip, lucky Liam!

That's odd, about the sawtooth, Caryl, I've never had that either. Hope you feel better soon.

Annie 'wet to the waist'???

Welcome, Coloboque!

Hi Uschi, Char, Darla, Bill, Geoff (like the poster), Bill, Doug, Anita, JJ, and all to come! to those in need

Edit: good luck with the chips, Uschi......I do sympathize

Must get off this computer I hope you all have a rewarding day

Great that the Open is now on tv, best four days of the year!

Quite agree Henry...the last gasp is on whilst I type this.....being off and on since 0900 today so we are getting our own back on the Football and Tennis saturation of this past month.......

Pleased that Lesley is showing some progress,I know from when we met at Loch Lomond that things had not been good for a while......

It hasn't rained today at all so instead of playing I have been watching the golf for an hour then sorting stuff out for a car boot sale on Saturday for half an hour then back to tv!

cheers

Hiya
Workers arrived bright and early to get the back yard ready for concrete, it has been leveled and colors around the pool chosen (I won)
Char, the only reason I longed for TB while in the UK was because I couldn't GET any Mexican food, there is one in Harrogate, but I could never find it.
We did have Taco Bell last night Daughter called from work to ask for the new Cantina Bowl while Lauren and I were driving to TB, I had figured out the WW Points, and when Lauren told her it was 14 points, I could hear the scream from the drivers seat at 14 points you should share it.
Anyway we had the kids overnight again Grandkids are wonderful!
And since they are still here I
mustche

Re: **Daily Wash Thursday 19th July 2012**

to Lana !!!! There is so much to learn here on W.C. and the watercolour forum is full of lessons, challenges and much more.

Uschi, would it not be simpler to just trap the little rodent and re locate him far far away. MY colour thingy is still working.

Henry, so glad to hear that Lesley is improving and recovering. I had to wear those stockings after thoracic surgery as well. I think they were fashionable in the late 60`s along with the mini skirts and knee high boots to go with them. I even had a Twiggy haircut.

MY eyes are blurring so I will say good night and see you in my morning.

Cheers,

Gail

Re: **Daily Wash Thursday 19th July 2012**

Hiya... I'm getting ready to shut things down... we've enjoyed a soft rain for most of the day... wonderful and life giving...

When I took my paintings into ArtSpace, the Curator set aside my grapes... the lady who bought my blueberries wanted another painting in a similar vein and the grapes just might be the ticket... could be another sale!

Matt's working at the store tonight... he'll be arriving home shortly and I'll put a quick meal in the toaster oven for him... I have some nice naan bread and a few items to make up a personal pizza...

Oh, you murderous thinking louts! These poor animals just want to live... and eat all your gardens...

Uschi, Jon's girls brought us three chicks... they're living in their new quarters here on the farm... Ted hasn't constructed their *run* yet, but they're still pretty small.

Gail... I hope it won't rain where you are... we'll take what we can get... picked the first of our cherry tomatoes today... Oh... and my Bougainvillea is finally flowering!

Welcome to the Wash Lana!

I'm glad to read that your wife is mending, Henry!

I'll say goodnight to All...
