Perforated stencil needed

Hello I'm looking for a sheet of perforated small circles, that I can spray through and get the newsprint technique like the pop artist Lichtenstein used on his faces. See attached image

Simonduff, he is looking for a stencil that has thousands of holes in it so give his work a pop-art feel.

Something like this just much smaller.

It's called a stipple sheet in Australia. If that helps. It comes in various grades from fine through to broad gauge.
