The mountain is acrylics on 6×8 canvas and the Maud Lewis challenge is gouache in my 7×9 sketchbook. About 2 hours total.

Pretty mountain with reds peeking through. That second piece certainly looks like Maude

A fresh and original mountain painting, absolutely love the style.

The landscape is so Maude Lewis, as the CBC doc was titled many years ago about her work “A World without Shadows”, very cheerful, capturing the flatness and joy.
