She is going to love it Jim. I really like the colours you have used. There is a nice shine on the coat. You have asked for C&C and just one small thing. The collar needs to be grounded into the hair around the neck. It looks as if there is a lot of space between it and the dog particularly where it clips together. Just MHO otherwise super portrait.

The collar was a little loose but not as loose as I painted it. 😂 unfortunately I waxed and shipped it before I read the comment.
Thank you for catching that. I had to get it shipped to Texas on deadline.
I love having other artist’s critiques as it gets another set of eyes on your work.
