Lovely photos! Love the dog. What an expression.
            That rose is wonderful too.
            Howdy folks.
Virginia, when do you think you will post the Christmas card exchange sign up?

            Thanks all!

The Christmas exchange will be posted very soon. I’ll send a message out to past participants as soon as I post it. :)
I won’t be using the project system though, I’ll have to figure out how to do it within the forums. There’s a new site upgrade being worked on and the project system is too outdated, so rather than lose the project when we move, we’ll make it work in the forums.

Thank you individuo! I copied your image, for some reason, it’s not showing for me in the RIL.

Christel, those are beautiful. The texture and color on the sycamore tree is amazing.

Thanks Christine, Kay, Lil, Individuo and Virginia! The tree actually has little pieces of painted paper glued onto the trunk with the trunk color paint, seeing if I could enhance the texture.

That works so well! The leaves are a great color too.

Silly question, do you have sycamore trees in SA? They are heavily textured, the bark peels and makes all sorts of interesting patterns and colors. I love them.
