You're welcome! They've told me that there could be several things causing this, and the best thing to do is contact Customer Service directly so that they can give you suggestions and troubleshoot as needed.

Thank you! I've emailed the CS twice from the last week but no one replied.
I can't make a call because it will be really expensive...I live in Italy as pagnes. So the email is the only way to interect

It happened again.
I am a fan of Northlightshop-artistsnetwork- F+W media and so I purchase a lot of items (all downloadable as I do not intend to pay high shipping costs to Italy) and sometimes there are corrupted links. So yesterday it happened with the Oil Painting with the Masters eBook. I've written to the customer service about it and guess what???

I've got the same response from them on how to download links, they even do not try to verify the problem obviously.

With the Larry Seiler video they have taken a month to understand and correct the problem, how long will it take now?

Why don't they provide a customer service of same level of their products????

Still no email from North Light Shop. Cherie Haas, are you able to help. I would either like the product I ordered or a refund. My email is [email protected] Do North Light realise we are likely to start telling others of our experience, or lack of it?

Back in december 2014 I purchased several downloads. One of the downloads I purchased was when they were having the 10.00 dollar download special. I purchased the one download and they then charged me 29.99 for it instead of 10.00 dollars. I have emailed CS several times and have called at least 7 different times and left messages 2 of those times. I am including an attachment showing the original reciept. Who do I reach out to to get this resolved?
