WDE 5 January Brushes - Challenge and WIP

This is the challenge:

And this is the collage (no glue yet), 25 x 25 cm, after 2 hours:

I have not decided yet, if I leave it like this or work a little bit more on it.
C & c welcome.

Excellent sketch, I like the heavy lines you've used, very dramatic.

Love your collage, I really like it the way it is, but I'll be following to see if you take it further.

I like your challenge drawing, very expressive. The collage piece is wonderful, I love your use of colour as well as the bold shapes of the brushes. I like it just as it is, but I'd be interested to see if you do carry on with it. thanks for joining in.

Good job on both versions. Your collage does such a wonderful job of simplifying.

Oh wow, I like it! Very cool, both the sketch and the collage. Don't know that it needs any more, you could be right to just keep it like that.

This works well as it is. It reminds me of the bold stylish 1950s graphics we used to see in movie intros.
