So my next piece was a coffee table. :crying:

        Some assembly required?

Idea for coffee table, with classic metal vase and steampunk metal/gears picture frame.

And then add new metal sketchbooks! I wonder how much the set would be worth?

I’m thinking however much someone pays for it.
Sometimes, unfortunately the difference between worth and cost is 3 cows and 2 chickens.

Ok, well, I thought your sad/crying emoji meant you didn’t know what to make or how to assemble it.

You’re very creative with metal, so I also thought you might like the combination end table.

Best wishes, and please post when completed!

I like your example but I have the idea
I got to make some brackets first.
Maybe this would be better suited to the sculpture forum.

interesting watching you create this …

Beautiful start! It’s similar to sculpture, you’re right. You’ll need fine sanding tools (metal/wood buffer & polisher) for a smooth shiny look with metal and wood.

                    I found this on Amazon:
Finish/color buff is the finest buff process for surface finishing. The finish buff removes the fine lines created by the cut buff process, while creating a bright luster finish.
The finish buff is an easier, quicker, less pressure process than the cut buff.

I’ve never been good at luster shined wood :(
I’ve use shoe polish, beeswax, motor oil etc mainly because it’s cheap.
