Mikhail your birds have to be touched to realize they are painted. The whole bird series was breathtakenly realist.This one I think is a bit bigger than the others, and we see the smoothness of the feathers. The birds like flowers and butterflies are the riches of the nature gifted for our enjoyment. Therefore they are sensationally beautiful when seen in their natural feathered form? But we the humans sometimes mutilate the beauties of nature, they are better to be viewed as they have been created by mother nature.
