        Jonquils from Memory and Life
        3″ x 5″ pen and Winsor-Newton watercolor on small Moleskine journal.

        I actually started this a couple of days ago but have been really drug out from a cold. Today was bright and I was able to finish. I used Transparent Yellow and Quinacridone Gold on the trumpets, Lemon Yellow on the petals and a mix of Indigo and Transparent Gold for the green.
