Trouble subscribing to a forum

I have subscribed to several forums so I seem to know how to do it. Several times I have tried to subscribe to the "Soft Pastel Learning Center" forum and it repeatedly comes up with the message that I cant post to this forum. What am I doing wrong? Is it a glitch?

Thanks. I understand. I was just trying to tag it so I could find it again quickly without trying to remember how I accidently fell across it the first time.

Click on Thread Tools at the top and select "Add to Favourites".

Your favourites are listed under MyWC top left, just scroll down.
