Re: Pigma Pens - Will the Ink Freeze
There are no guarantees, but previous experience has shown that the Pigma Micron pens perform the same as if the pen were not exposed to extremely low temperatures.
The best method is to let the pen thaw-out to normal room temperature over a long period of time before using.
DO NOT heat the pen artificially – and definitely DO NOT microwave the pen!
DO NOT shake the pen either.
Many people have left their pens in their automobiles overnight, in the extremely cold upper central northern states and they have told us that the pens work fine once they return to room temperature.
The cold temperature should not affect the ink performance.
