Incidentally, Robert Smith is one of few celebrities I genuinely respect.

Currently an streaming service of 1970s stuff. Enjoying a little nostalgia.

Blues Traveler - 'four'
Seriously good harmonica solo's, honestly, this guy does the same for harmonica playing as Eddie Van Halen did for guitar playing.

"Four" is my favorite album by Blues Traveler, followed closely by "Travelers and Thieves". I believe Popper is still performing as a solo act and has an American east coast tour coming up.
I started today with a resounding collection of Verdi Arias. Currently, I have my collection of theme music from DC comics programmes (radio, serials, movies and TV shows) cranked up on the old boom box.

Re: What are you listening to . . . (reprise)
I make "soundtracks" for painting. Everything from 60's jazz to Adele.( But mostly orchestrations) I just finished an All-Orchestra Classic Rock - from Pink floyd, Yes, Stones, ELP, Alan Parsons, Beatles...

Re: What are you listening to?
There was an earlier attempt to revive this thread which so far I have refused to participate in. After literally thousands of posts were “accidentally” lost I lost interest. I wish you luck on your revival attempt, Brian.

Re: What are you listening to?
Two Album tracks so no links
Colin Stetson. In the Clinches, All This I do For Glory.
Stetson understands how important being aware of time is within music, this helps with bringing the same into painting.
The Transcendence Orchestra, Upper Windrush, Modern Methods For Ancient Rituals.
Again an Album exploring time with reflection, transition and disorientation.
Happy searching, Tipo.

Re: What are you listening to . . . (reprise)
This was my earlier attempt to revive this thread. Perhaps it could be merged with the more recent thread?

Re: What are you listening to?
I just gave my attempt to revive the thread a bump to the top. Perhaps they could be merged?
