Combo of Digital painting and "traditional" drawing

Hi, Trying to combine the best of both worlds here. I started with pencil drawing that I did with at my Saturday free model drawing group. I had used an indigo polychromos (colored) pencil- just the one color. I then scanned it. I hadn't exactly decided how to crop it, but when it was larger than the page I had open in Artrage, it popped in just like this, and I decided it was as good a crop as any. I put in color, mostly watercolor on a layer below, and converted the drawing layer to multiply mode in art rage.

I'm really enjoying working this way, and would like to try other subject matter.

C&C's are not only welcome, but I'll be watching for them

A good way to make use of a sketch.

I think this experiment was successful. You have a fun combination of colours and textures. Keep practicing!
