Log Cabin with Inktense

This is my first post in the "Watermedia" channel.

This painting was done for the Pen & Ink monthly challenge for July. As, I have used Derwent Inktense colour pencils, I thought of sharing this with you all.

I have used the following for this painting:
Paper: Canson Bristol Smooth A4 size.
Pens: Faber Castell Pitt Pens and Rotring Technical 0.2 & 0.5.
Pencil: Derwent Inktense Colour Pencils.

I hope you all like the painting.
Comments and feedback are most welcome.

I like the grass rendition. It reminds me so much of the comic strips I read but this is better, it has color. Good lighting on the house.

Ritu, welcome to this forum! We are so glad to have you and your work join us. This pen and ink is very well done! I'm not sure I'd have the patience.

Great job on both cabin and grass! And the color from the Inktense pencils pulls it altogether.

This is very nice. I like the way the ink works with the inktense. Its as though they complement and enhance each other. Very well done!

So much detail, I love it, bet it was time consuming, but then anything worthwhile takes time and this painting was worthwhile!

Thanks a lot Helen & Loxley for the appreciation and liking my work.

Well, it was time consuming, but worth it.
