How about some frames and mats and such? Get some of those great sketches of hers matted and framed and set up a gallery wall in the den or a hallway or someplace!
"Coffee table" books often have lots of photographs and come in a variety of themes. When you're starting out, sometimes you run dry on ideas.
Maybe the travel section of the bookstore will help, too. Find books on picturesque roadways and such that will provide subject matter for her art. Find some great hiking trails, and state parks, and public gardens and such to spend some time in. There's a big beautiful world out there waiting for a budding artist to have an eye opening experience in it!
