Post "Dancers#2" - (sketch for painting theme)

(What! no butt icon!)- (I'm slipping)
Image size: 8 1/2"X9 3/4"
Graphite, red and blue pencil. 30-minute sketch.

STILL...much too literal , but I think I must be needing to work through some semi-realistic (??) studies to find the right dynamics.

Figures are drawn from my imagination. (actually, I'd seen a photo that sparked this idea, but the distortion IS intentional)

Agree with cindy...how about cropping the top too...making it a tighter composition?
