Re: Heading Out

Beautiful ship Randy. Your water is magnificent as well. Sorry to hear you are having to deal with elbow and knee issues. We have all had them from time to time. What really helped me get over some elbow tendonitis from doing too many pull-ups at CrossFit was these Theraband Flexbars. I got the red one and worked up to the blue one. There are a bunch of exercises for the flexbar on YouTube that work wonders to clear up elbow tendonitis quickly.

Re: Heading Out

Thank you, Linda!

Thanks, Heather! Now you got me craving a po' boy!

Thanks a lot, Keith! I felt like this one came out good, considering I hadn't touched a brush for almost a month. While the memory of what to do is there, you never know how it's going to go, even when you're in the groove. Relieved the layoff didn't make for a rusty return.

Thanks Wes! For both the kind words about the painting and the exercise tip. Feeling better now. Elbow and knee are coming around.

Thanks, John!

Randy
