Re: Olympiad!

Hi Don! ☺

LOL! I did have the archers quiver drawn in over her shoulder but it got covered over when painting in the background and I forgot to paint it back in! 😁 will get that back in! Here I've been working muscles, changing the archers stance some and getting the javelin done. I'm still working Rein's arms/hands ... NOT quite done with them yet. I should be getting into the rest of her horse parts soon too.

Thumbs up Re: Olympiad!

Hi Kerry & every one watching, The "Javelin" looks SO Modern and Colorful!!! 'Rein' is developing some fine muscles now! I'll look more precisely at the Archer when you finish her! And the flag! The painting is coming together very predictably & will have a beautiful finish on every thing as in previous commissions! You are a wonderful artist, my Friend! I'll talk more next update! Re: Olympiad!

Thanks guys! 😊

Here's a bit more.
I worked her upper body a bit more ... muscles, values, highlights in the hair, and, refined the javelin. I also finished off the pennet flags and sign. Her horsey parts have been increased in size in body length and heft, and, am working on her body color.

Re: Olympiad!

Thank y'all! Here's a bit more. I added more to the horse and human parts to build up the values and musculature. I also refined the javelin and decided I did not like the clouds - and had to change the sky.

I think I'll give golden girl some dapples to show how fit and healthy she is!
😆

Hi Kerry & talisman! Dapples can do that to a Centaur Athlete!? * Bottom picture fuzzy on front legs! Good work on the non-clouds, Kerry! ** Quiver with arrows over the Archers left shoulder when you get to it! (DON'T hit me!!!) Will talk again with the next update! chiron22--Don Kephart

Ha! No hitting allowed ... so you're safe Don!

I'm about to sign this now. Let me know if I've missed anything? Our archergirl now has ammo! I do have few very minor touch ups but otherwise I think this one is done.

Hello Kerry & VMRS! The painting is SO beautiful and colorful! Thank you! Rein's upper & lower body are very strong & graceful! I noticed that you gave the Archer a Quiver of arrows! Nice! Also the rear hoof raising the dirt in an explosion of dust! *There is one thing I would like to ask you, Kerry. Another small fix, IF you want to do it! *Where Rein's Waist skin meets her Horse body Fur, it should be blended/faded in about 1/2 inch. Not so sudden. That is all. Get your name on this Masterpiece & send me the bill! Another Marvelous Job, my Friend! Sincerely, chiron22--Don Kephart

Hello Kerry & Virginia! Thank you for the little touch up, Kerry! *I also wanted to finish explaining my Centaural character in the painting. She is taken from a real Female human weight lifter & competitor I've liked from Weight lifting Magazines of 10 or more years back. Her name was "Reye Hollitt" T.V. watching people might know her as Golden Haired "ZAP" from American Gladiator of years past! "Rein Halter", Centaur Athlete is a Parody of "Reye Hollitt", Human athlete! * I see people or other things & get ideas to make Parody artwork or 3-D characters of them. Doing it for about 41 years. Anyway, I hope all of you that have been following Kerry's commissions of mine enjoy our collaboration together to make interesting & beautiful art for you to see & comment on! There WILL be more commissions in the future for all to see! Will talk again at our last update! Sincerely, chiron22--Don Kephart PS. OMG! I did not leave my Smilie on my last update! I'm Doomed!
