anyone have any suggestions on what kind of pen nibs work best for acrylic ink. I use liquitex black ink to ink my drawings. Was wondering if something like the manga nibs or zebra style nibs would work.
    thanks

Yes either of those makes of nib , will work fine , -in fact any kind of dip pen nib will be just fine using acrylics .
Just remember not to let the ink dry on a dip pen nib by washing it in a small cup of water kept right next to you every couple of dips with an old tooth brush.

Brand new nibs come with a protective layer of oil on them & need a gentle but thorough scrub with dish washing detergent to be ready to use.

Always make sure the nib is clean & completely dry before putting it away in a sealed container otherwise it will rust .
With these few simple precautions they can last for years.

Yes it may be scraped off the exposed part of the nib BUT where it really matters ie. in between the tines it realistically can not be scraped off resulting in thicker lines , poor ink flow & certain death follows quickly !
