Scenary - Ancient alien city ruins

Hello everybody. This is my first post here (art related), and I'd like to present myself:
My name is Mau Vasconcellos, and I'm a traditional artist and writer, who has been working on several sci-fi/fantasy books for over a decade now, and only now getting ready to publish the first issue.

About today's artwork:
This is one of the illustrations for my novels. It illustrates the city where the protagonists are currently visiting: an ancient, abandoned alien city, on the coast of some unkown jungle planet. For my scenaries, I tend to model the entire maquettes through the software 3Ds Studio Max, then draw what I see afterwards.

Very cool city!
I really like the large lop eared creatures with the long tails, one looks like an adult with the spines on the back the other a youngster.
The cliffs and water are very nicely done.
Welcome and I hope to see more of your works!
