Re: Ain't That Just Ducky?
Love the first one - that's definitely a keeper. If this has been cropped, I'd like to see a little more open space on the right, because the duck's bill is just touching the right edge and that disturbs my eye a bit.
The last one appeals to me a lot too. I picture it as an illustration in a children's book; something about the farm animals heading home after a long day.
The fourth one made me laugh at myself - I've probably taken 100s of photos of bird butts because I was half a second too late.

Re: Ain't That Just Ducky?
THANK DAVE,
The first photo was not cropped and unfortunatley that was probably the best of the closeups that I got of the two. They were just moving so much.
The butt in the air was taken on purpose. It cracks me up.
And I agree, the last tells a story. It's as if you could hear them chatting while they were walking away.
I have another series that I am going to post. I think it is a goose though and it has deep BLUE eyes, just like Frank Sinatra. It is a white duck. Look for that.
Thanks for your kind remarks Dave.

These made me smile. Duck butts are always funny.
I rally like that last one, it looks like a perfect end.

I agree with Virginia, the butt one made me giggle! The white are perfect and sunlight and shadows on white birds is tough!!!! Awesome job and the color is so nice make it feel a bit like spring.
