Sunset at Summers end... Sept., 2002

Point Arena Light California.

Even the Air on that day seemed yellow!

....a beatiful "warm" painting with great details, cliff wall is great and certainly a sunset feeling!

Just one observation. The right edge of the flowers in the foreground....I dunno. Can't put my finger on it. Maybe it's just me??

Robert, this makes me feel like I need sunscreen! How wonderful you portrayed the warmth of the day!!! I agree with Annetta... if you pulled a few tufts of grass to the right of the foreground flowers, it would appear to be a more natural progression. Otherwise, and mine is a teensy nit, this is a gorgeous painting.

I got tired of painting the Ice Plants and just blocked it in!...

If you were to put your finger on it... It would be called lazy...
