Portrait (Progressive fotos)

Hi. This is a portrait that i finished today. I am in experiment with round brushes (I have never painted in the past with this type), exept from the hair that i did it with a Flat brush.

size : 35cm x 45cm

Beautiful job, Vasilios! I love the variety of colors in the skin tones, and the hair, wrinkles, and expression on the model is excellent.

Well, round brushes certainly seem to agree with you, for sure! Excellent work! You mean that you have not used small, round brushes for this type of work in the past? Judging by this work, I imagine you'll surely be considering using them for future work.

Breathtaking. This painting should be used to teach students the variety of hues one may find in skin color. As my teacher drilled into us: The subtle interplay of warm and cool colors of the same value is what creates radiance.
