Thanks, Edie! It helps to see your pencil work "up close and personal".

Elvira - those veggies are 'jummy'. (is this the right spelling?)

Thanks Paki and Bev.

There are many different looks to colored pencils. Compare the look of traditional pencil sketch I did some time ago as a practice from tips from Ann Kullberg. I think it depends on the paper used too.

Now that is the look, I would like to get with Painter. Nicely done Janet.

Re: Exploring Painter Brushes - cOlOrEd PeNciLs

Thanks Paki , Bev, Skinny, and Jean.
Bev - yes, watercolor are a great challenge for me.
Elvira - thanks. I knew I mispelled that word but couldn't figure out what was wrong! LOL

The only thing I don't like about colored pencils is it's slow process. It takes a long time to layer so many colors. I have almos not patience for waiting although I like the end result.

Thanks. You won't believe but I did this as a practice because it was more than 20 years since the last time I use a prismacolor pencil! It was like a come back. LOL
