Congrats on the anniversary Hal and I'm glad your DH is home Pat

I'm sat in my car waiting for the rain to stop at the moment.....could be a while looking at the sky, of course my coat is on the back of my chair in the office...doh!
hey Lin are you doing any of the SAA 'all about art' events? They have swapped London for Manchester and Bristol this year, I've been contemplating the Manchester one, I'd really like to attend workshops with Joe Francis dowden and Hashim Akib(not sure I've spelt that correctly? ) plus the SAA shop will be there with lots of on the day deals to feed my art materials hoarding addiction.
Robert great story re: your day out what a hoot....oh and regarding art materials in the sleeping bedrooms, that is taboo haha ...I'm lucky in that I bought the biggest house I could afford when property was pretty cheap, so i managed to get a 4 bedroom place with a garage.....I doubt I'd be able to buy it at current prices. I love (most of the time) being out in the sticks , so now the mortgage is paid off I have no intention of moving. I'd like a bigger garden but with the horse paddocks and fields right outside I don't really need it.....it is nice that we are all right where we are meant to be
Lin I spoke to a colleague who also recommended Twycross so I'll deffo be going this summer to see my beloved bonobos

right, I'd better head in and get soaked in the process
